This website is operated by NAMBI-KAI. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Team NAMBI-KAI. Our store is hosted on Shopify platform. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your Consent is important to us. Therefore, we will never sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or any other personal information to any third party.

All content on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips and digital downloads is the property of NAMBI-KAI. The compilation of all the content on this site is an exclusive property of NAMBI-KAI.
Your use of NAMBI-KAI and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights.
All product measurements are provided under the size chart. The sizes are very accurate to all the products that are available in the website. We suggest that you measure yourself and compare it with the sizes provided before placing your order
Items may vary from the website pictures since natural dyes have a tendency to give patchy and uneven dyeing. The colours of the products also differ depending on screen colour calibration, resolutions as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary and the environmental lighting where the product is viewed. No return and exchange orders will be processed due to the above-mentioned reasons
LIMITED EDITION PRODUCTS
Products will be made in minimum quantity and will not be reproduced by order.
We are open to size customisation, please send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to give your custom size. Please note that extra charges will be added to size customisations due to production technicalities. Other than size customisation, we are not open to any customisation of a products that are listed in the website in terms of colour, style, etc.
Items listed as 'PRE-ORDER' begin processing on the date indicated in the product description and vary between items. No pre-order product can be returned or exchanged.
When you use our website to send emails or other data, information or communication, you agree that you are communicating with us through electronic records and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically as and when required.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside India) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. NAMBI-KAI has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges will be borne by the customer.
The order which is placed by the customer will be confirmed from our end only after the payment is made in full. The payment can be done via the options in our payment gateway. There is no EMI payment option available. No other modes of payment will be accepted.
The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the GST & Other Taxes. The customer is leveraged to pay the Final MRP as shown on our website.
- All merchandise should be returned within 5 days after delivery for gift cards.
- All merchandise should be returned within 5 days after delivery for a different size.
- All SALE items are FINAL SALE which means that there would be No Returns and Exchanges for all items on sale.
- Returned items must include tags, packaging and neatly folded products. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file.
- Returns require a minimum of 2-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process your return upon arriving at our warehouse.
- All products on SALE cannot be returned except for a wrong size or different style
- All accessories are FINAL SALE. No exchanges. No returns.
- An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
- You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.
- Due to the spread of COVID-19, as a safety measure returned products would be kept in a temporary quarantine area before processing.
- Delivery charges are refunded as Gift cards when? goods are faulty. Please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that were damaged upon arrival.
Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed. Processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout.
The products will be shipped 10-15 days after the order has been placed.

If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to email@example.com with your order number.
ITEMS NOT DELIVERED?
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 5 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by a selected courier service.
Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.
Please note that refunds or gift cards will not be issued for lost packages.
