SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide from NAMBI-KAI studios via Blue Dart or DHL. Shipping rates across India is the same, for other countries shipping charges will be specified on checkout. This will be calculated on the weight of each product and the region where the product has to be delivered. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly from our courier partner, as applicable in your country.

All international orders go through customs and the process can take up to weeks. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing how long this process will take.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

PROCESSING

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be processed. Processing time is not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout.

The products will be shipped 10-15 days after the order has been placed.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are the same PAN India.

DISPATCH NOTIFICATION

If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to hello@nambi-kai.com with your order number. 

ITEMS NOT DELIVERED?

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 5 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by a selected courier service.

Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.

Please note that refunds or gift cards will not be issued for lost packages.

PICKUPS

The NAMBI-KAI studio is open for pickups. We encourage all urgent orders to choose the shipping option.

CUSTOMS AND DUTY CHARGES

Almost all shipments crossing international borders (outside India) are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. NAMBI-KAI has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. These charges are the customers responsibility. Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from order. NAMBI-KAI cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction. 

 

RETURN POLICY

  • All merchandise should be returned within 5 days after delivery for gift cards. 
  • All merchandise should be returned within 5 days after delivery for a different size.
  • All SALE items are FINAL SALE which means that there would be No Returns and Exchanges for all items on sale.
  • Returned items must include tags, packaging and neatly folded products. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to the shipper’s address on file. 
  • Returns require a minimum of 2-5 business days to arrive at our warehouse. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days to process your return upon arriving at our warehouse. 
  • All products on SALE cannot be returned except for a wrong size or different style 
  • All accessories are FINAL SALE. No exchanges. No returns. 
  • An order can only be cancelled before it has been dispatched.
  • You are responsible for the delivery cost of your exchange.
  • Due to the spread of COVID-19, as a safety measure returned products would be kept in a temporary quarantine area before processing.
  • Delivery charges are refunded as Gift cards when? goods are faulty. Please allow 3 business days for a refund to be processed on merchandise that were damaged upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation on orders are valid only up to 24 hour from placing the order.

Please read all policies carefully before placing an order.

Post 24 hours, policy of refund & exchange do not apply.

The amount for the same will be transferred within 7 working days or sooner, from the same account to the same account.
